Brand: Akai

The Akai GX-286D is an old-generation 2.8-inch monochrome LCD graphic terminal that uses the ArcSoft Vector-graphics Line Drawing language for image creation and formatting. It was popularly used in the 1990s for creating signage, menu boards, posts, and presentations in various industries such as healthcare, hospitality, laboratories, and institutions. The Akai GX-286D has become obsolete now and has been replaced by more advanced and colorful graphic display systems. However, some industrial applications still use retrofitting solutions to adapt this terminal for specific legacy applications.
